ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS OF VATIKA EXTENSION
EARTH DAY 22ND APRIL
Earth Day was celebrated by evoking the feeling of love towards environment. The children sowed seeds in the school field.
SMALL WONDERS
This monthly class activity was initiated to provide platform to every child where his talent can be exhibited & appreciated. The following two activities were held in the first quarter.
WORLD CULTURE & HERITAGE DAY
World Culture & Heritage Day was celebrated on 26th April by Class II to create awareness beyond the national boundaries. The children spoke about various heritage monuments & performed dances of different countries.
MOTHER’S DAY
Mother’s Day was celebrated on 9th May by small wonders of Class I. They celebrated this pure bond of affection by displaying all roles of a mother – as a mentor, doctor, teacher, master chef & a friend, the theme being – Meri Mom Super Mom .
SADBHAVNA DIWAS
Nationwide singing of the National Anthem was organized by the Sahara group on 6th May. Class II actively participated in the event and the video was uploaded on the YouTube. It can be viewed by typing ‘National Anthem DMA Vatika’ on Youtube.
