SCHOOL ADMISSION POLICY

Commencement of Admission:

5^th Jan 2022 for the session 2022-23 for classes Pre Nursery to IX.

2^nd April 2022 for class XI session 2022-23.

Admission Process

Parents can visit the school on any working day between 8:00 am to 2:00 pm and see the school functional. Or they can know the school through school website dmarampur.com.

Registration (Collection of Admission Form) is the next step to be followed if desirous of admission in DMA.

Parents are advised to check eligibility criteria of age before the registration process.

Eligibility-

Minimum age 3+ years as on 31^st March 2022 for class Pre- Nursery

Minimum age 4+ years as on 31^st March 2022 for class Nursery.

Minimum age 5+ years as on 31^st March 2022 for class KG.

The admission to Class Pre Nursery, Nursery and KG will be through informal interaction with the child as well as the parents.

ADMISSION TO CLASS I – IX AND XI

The admission process to Class I onwards is done on the basis of availability of seats in a particular class.

The child must have passed the previous class from a recognized school.

The admission process includes an academic assessment through a written test followed by interaction, to focus on getting to know the applicant well.

Date/suitable time for academic assessment followed by interaction will be given at the time of registration.

Incomplete Registration Form will not be processed/accepted.

Submission of Registration Form does not guarantee admission, it will depend upon the number of seats available and eligibility criteria.

On confirmation of grant of admission, parent will be required to deposit the admission fee within the stipulated time failing which the offer of admission shall stand cancelled and the seat will be offered to another applicant.

The parent of the selected students shall be intimated telephonically

All details in the Admission Form should be neatly and correctly filled in and submitted along with all relevant documents at the admission counter.

Parents are expected to clearly mention on the admission form, whether they wish to avail school transport facility or not. The bus fee will be reflected   (Charged for 11months) as per detail in fee booklet.

Documents Required at the time of Admission-

Two recent passport coloured photograph of the child.

Recent coloured Passport size photograph of child with mother & father.

Original Transfer Certificate issued by the previous School (Class II onwards).

Original Birth Certificate (admission in Pre- Nur to I)

Aadhar Card copy of child, father and mother (photocopy)

Fee deposited is Non-refundable.
