DMA assists students in educational training and with occupational choices. The foundations of career, self management skills (for example, decision making, self-awareness, self confidence) are laid at an early stage and DMA helps its students to make a career choice since it will have major implications for later education and work options.

      

      We aim to help those students who have unrealistic perceptions of careers due to a lack of knowledge and poor decision making. Since students have limited knowledge and exposure to careers, they underestimate the skills and time required to have successful careers. DMA provides guidance to its students as per their interests and skill sets and helps them succeed in their career.

      DMA provides regular coaching facilities after school hours, on weekends. Specialized coaching is imparted through well trained and experienced professionals in each stream that would be charged separately, yet reasonably.

         

     DMA provides specialized coaching in streams like Commerce and Science for a career in Medicine, Engineering, Chartered Accountancy and National Defence Schools.
